All pricing—including diagnostic audits ($500), core grafts ($7,500), pre-litigation engines ($15,000), and monthly retainers ($10,000/mo base)—is clearly delineated in our transparent pricing dockets. Where performance share covenants apply, captured value calculations are audited against agreed baseline balance sheets.
05 // Permitted Use & Adversarial Guardrails
The Platform may only be utilized for lawful enterprise automation, contract stress-testing, and operational governance. Clients agree not to reverse-engineer proprietary subquadratic mesh algorithms, attempt prompt injections against core cognitive gates, or weaponize the platform against lawful infrastructure.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to your engagement with Axeon Prime shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
